I felt i had to write and just say what a fantastic site you have produced .For months now i have been trying to find information about my Fathers uncle SGT GM Murray who was the Rear Gunner on ED 863 Killed on 16/06/43 and now with the hard work that you have put in, my search has been made so much more simple

I am very pleased to see your excellent website running and attracting interest and I hope I am able here to make a small but worthwhile contribution.

At the time of his death Stanley would have been 22.

I have the text of a combat report, which I can send if you wish, filed after the Jan 14th raid to Brunswick. ND342 was attacked twice by Me109s and sustained damage on each occasion. Perhaps this could be recorded in your records.

Hi saw your fantastic web site re 156 sqn

I am researching the Plzen raid of April 43 and I have pics of the memorials of the crew lost 17th April 43 and buried at Brimont. Also I was once in contact with a relative of Brougham-Faddy of W4854 but have lost contact. Could you put me in contact with that person?

Also have pics of all the crew as below at Chievres in Belgium. I will send if you need.

My Father is Harold Hernaman DFC. I note that you do not seem to have his service number on the records and wondered if you would like this information.
The site is most informative and I am hoping he will be coming up to see me soon in order to have a look around it himself.
Kind regards
