T/Gunner opened fire as he turned, but no strikes were observed, and the CR 42 climbed above our A/C and turned into the attack from astern, opening fire at 300 yds range. Our A/C turned to port and the enemy tracer passed us. Strikes were observed on the E/A in the form of blue flashes.  132
