5/02/1943  Friday  No operations. S/LD DONALDSON and crew flew to FORD and returned with crew who forced landed there the previous day. F/O HARRISON attached to D.P.R. AIR MINISTRY. Lecture to flight engineers on MORSE by signals leader and on gunnery by GUNNERY LEADER.           
6/02/1943  Saturday  No operations. F/O FAWDON (Pilot) posted to 109 Squadron for aircrew duties. F/O TURK returned from UPPER HEYFORD having ceased to be attached. 1 cross country, 1 height test, 3 circuits and landings, 1 air firing test. Lecture to flight engineers and mid upper gunners by GUNNERY LEADER

8/02/1943  Monday  7 aircraft detailed for operations, which were later cancelled 6 circuits and landings and 1 flight from WYTON. Lecture on "PETROL SYSTEM and CARBURETTOR" by Sgt TENNYSON (ASTP)           
9/02/1943  Tuesday  6 aircraft detailed for operations, which were cancelled at 1700 hrs. 1 NFT, 2 cross country flights and one air test carried out. Lecture on "HYDRAULIC and PNEUMATIC SYSTEM" by Sgt COOPER (ASTP)           
10/02/1943  Wednesday  6 aircraft detailed for operations, which were cancelled shortly before takeoff 2 NFT, 2 flights to WYTON and 1 from WYTON. P/O JONES, F/O TOWNSEND and W/O GREAVES awarded the D.F.C. F/S HART awarded the D.F.M. and W/O CURR received a bar to his D.F.M. Lecture on OIL and COOLING circulation, constatnt speed unit and HYDROSTATIC AIRCREW by Sgt TENNYSON (ASTP).

12/02/1943  Friday  6 aircraft detailed for operations, cancelled 1 hour before takeoff. 1 flight from WYTON to base. 1 air firing test, 2 cross country flights and 1 circuits and landings. W/C RIVETT-CARNAC returned to the unit on discharge from ELY Hospital. F/Sgt THOMPSON R.F. (AIR BOMBER) reported for duty from 12 Sqdn.           
13/02/1943  Saturday  6 Aircraft detailed for operations. 5 took off and returned successfully. W/C RIVETT-CARNAC re-assumed command of the Squadron, both he and S/LD HOOKWAY went to WYTON on the occasion of the visit of the SECRETARY OF STATE FOR AIR. 2 NFT, 1 aitr to sea firing, 1 cross country, 2 night cross country flights carried out. 1 night bombing exercise at RUSHFORD bombing range.  Lorient
